Bug fixes and a lot of improvements #63

Modules should show up correctly. Top bar UI scaling ok with option to hide orderhall bar. Fixed temporarly the /xivbar command ot access option panel and added /xb command.

Micromenu elements from pr #53 will not require any reload anymore Locales load properly now and added pr #49 Guild and social tooltips improved with features requested on #6
