limelight aiming

limelight 3 --> 2 pipelines: one for april tags one for retroreflective tape filter tapes for closest aim if see multiple, reject others, but should only see one if see two tapes, use bottom one

ONE BUTTON CONTROL when right trigger (path generation button) --> after the path following ended, switch limelight pipeline to retroreflective tape start aiming angle and left and right UNTIL miles press release button --> then switch back to april tags pipeline

TWO BUTTON CONTROL path generation as usual but move to button Y on held. THEN right trigger held becomes aim with tape with limelight (switch pipelines on limelight 3)

two button implemented. However, issue with mounting limelight causes limelight to be aligned perfectly but arm is 3 inches off
