I don't see anything that points to a way to auto deploy this plugin to the wp.org repository.
10up has a excellent github action which will automate all of it.
I can set it up for you if you want, I've done it a couple of times before.
You will have to add a couple of github secrets, I'll help guide you.
The full control will still be at your end, you will have to press the button to deploy to wp.org.
