Add option to disable Dashboard widget #85

There are a number of API calls and doesn't add much. Suggest adding an option/setting to hide/remove this from the dashboard.

@andrewhilson Agree this could be an option or setting; note that you could also remove the dashboard widget using remove_meta_box().
