Request: Turn membership status requirement on/off #4

This extensions almost fits my needs. However, I want to only set the restriction to users with accounts. That means I do NOT want to restrict based on a membership status. If you point me towards the relevant code that I should modify I can work on this.

Thoughts?

I've dug a bit and I cannot find where you are doing the check for if the user is logged in.
