as discussed earlier. we can download best video which would take 2 minutes to process in my computer with i7 processor. we can also download worst video which would take 4 seconds to process o nthe same computer. this is a 30X difference. It makes sense to go for the worst one.
However, worst video doesn't seem to pick up as many data points as best video after scene transition. There is another factor that is the scene transition score threshold that is set to be 0.4 now. With a lesser threshold the worst video also pick up many more scene transitions.
we should watch a video and do case study to see our strategy. It will be good to be able to use a worst video since it processes just so fast.
