Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the software 2) Report issues or problems with the software 3) Seek support
I really like the google form for submitting a request for additional data types.
Points 1, 2 and 3, however, are not explicitly addressed. I suggest to add a couple of lines in the README to address these points. What is the contribution philosophy? Is the preferred method of interaction issues/PRs on github or do you prefer users to directly contact one of the main developers?
