No port settings in SPDY preferences #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow these instructions
http://code.google.com/p/spdyshark/wiki/BriefInstallInstructions for installing
spdyshark on Ubuntu.
2. Run sudo setcap 'CAP_NET_RAW+eip CAP_NET_ADMIN+eip' dumpcap to allow
non-root users to capture data.
3. Go to Edit->Preferences->Protocols->SPDY

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see fields allowing me to specify the TCP and SSL/TLS ports for
SPDY, as I found in earlier versions of spdyshark, but those fields were no
longer there. I don't know if this is a problem with my installation or a
change to spdyshark.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wireshark-1.7.1, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (linux-2.6.32). I don't know how to check the
spdyshark version, but it was downloaded a few days ago.

Please provide any additional information below.

Here's a simple patch to add the TCP ports back into the preferences. Adding
the SSL/TLS ports back in appears less straightforward to me.
