Thumbnail view

The page should be activated when scrolling has not occurred. Applies to mouse, touch and stylus.
Clicking on an already selected item will not navigate to the page.

Bookmarks view

Do not use a horizontal scroll bar and, if necessary, display the entry as multi-line text to display the entire text.
Clicking on an already selected item will not navigate to the page.
