Dexterous Brightstone Ring missing Unique tag

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Equip a Dexterous Brightstone Ring in one slot
2. Select the second finger slot to see the list of available rings
3. Dexterous Brightstone Ring is available even though it's already equipped

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should not display a second time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.18r124

Please provide any additional information below.
Just needs the following tag added to item XML:
<unique max="1">Dexterous Brightstone Ring</unique>

Should categorization problems be reporated as issues?  I don't want to create 
a bunch of issues the devs consider nickpicky.  Example: Frost Emblem ilvl 251 
gear not showing up under the Heroic tag, but ICC10, which is wrong.

I haven't exactly been thorough with unique tagging. There is probably 50 more 
items like that :P

Also, maybe I am not up to speed anymore, but I am not aware of any heroic 
frost emblem gear, since you get frost emblems from normal how can it be heroic?
