Split jinja files

• Created a base.jinja file which serves as the base which can be extended.
• Put macros in a dedicated file (note: it might be the render_task_column macro is not needed as a macro, but I could not find a clean way to do it otherwise).

Link all GitHub issues fixed by this PR. Make sure to first open an issue, get community approval and only then create Pull Request to resolve it. All Pull Requests must have an issue attached to them

What do we think of using the extension .html for these template files? In the past, I have used Jinja templates for several purposes, such as HTML pages and email templates. For me, it makes it easier to identify the file type from the file extension.

I don't have a preference either way. If you like .html we can change it to .html
