User Story As an Admin User, I want to refresh the commits raw database, So that I can see all the new data.

Acceptance Criteria Given That I want to see the updated users raw data, When I run the /commits-sheet-update, Then I will see the updated list of users and commits organized in a google sheet.

To update the google drive sheet, i need to put the sheet ID
