User Story As an Admin User, I want to post and refresh the user rankins in the discord forum, So that I can see all the updated performances.

Acceptance Criteria Given That I want to update the ranking, When I run the /leaderboard-view, Then I will generate the new ranking in Google sheet and a Discord forum thread with an updated date of creation.
