User Story As an Admin User, I want to refresh the user rankings in an automated way, So that I can see all the updated performances.

Acceptance Criteria Given That I want to update the ranking in an automated way, When I run the /leaderboard-start-auto-post, Then I will generate the new ranking in google sheet and a discord message with an updated date of creation, every day.
