Proposal: Add unit testing framework #60

As a stakeholder I want the code to incorporate unit testing So that I have confidence in it

PROPOSAL

Construct unit test framework
Incorporate jest module for testing purposes
Re-organise callback function to accommodate unit testing
Create additional file structure
Update script in package.json to include jest
Add other dependencies to assist jest
