Set up the Survey Points Scale

• If the user responds within the first 24 hours, they receive 10 points
• If the user responds within the first week, they receive 5 points
• If the user responds later than one week, they receive 1 point
• The unqualified responses should not get points

Unqualified response criteria:

• Single-word answers:

  • When asked if they agree or disagree, they answer: Maybe, no comment, no answer, I don’t know, or Not Sure.
  • When questions require detailed input and answers do not meet don’t meet the expected level of detail: Good, Fine, Yes, No, Maybe, No comment, No answer, I don’t know or Not Sure

• Irrelevant answers: Often used when the respondent didn't answer genuinely: N/A, Don't know, No comment, Whatever, Not applicable, Nothing

• Generic or vague responses: Good, Okay, Fine, Interesting

• Placeholder text: Lorem ipsum, Test, Testing, 123, ABC, or random text

• Unrelated topics/Non-Contextual Answers: Responses referencing unrelated subjects: pizza, holiday, car. Answering with a random statement or off-topic content.

• Repetitive text: Repeated single letters, e.g., blah blah, aaaa, etc., etc.

• Repetitive phrases: Identical answers across multiple questions can indicate low effort: same answer, repeat, Answer here,Please fill out.

• Jokes or sarcasm: Who cares?, Ask someone else,Only if pigs fly.

• Incomplete answers: Responses that are nonsensical or incomplete: Because, I think, Depends.

• "Blank" or "Empty" responses — Direct indication of no input.
