Bot is not able to summarize responses in another channel of the same category

When I execute the /gptsurvey view survey in another channel of the same governance category, I am not able to retrieve the info:

Channel with the survey

Channel for survey view

However in Evan's server it is working.

It was the permissions granted to the bot on the channel, now it is working.
