Complete Mina image bake with new larger ledger sizes #11484

This issue if to document creating Mina daemon images that are baked with larger ledger sizes, which can be used bootstrap benchmarking.

This item is completed. Mina node images were baked for the following ledger sizes:

375,000 wallets [~79M json file size]
625,000 wallets [~138.8M json file size]
875,000 wallets [~195M json file size]

The following images were also baked, but running a testnet with them was not successful. The Mina daemon fails to complete boot.

1,250,000 wallets [~278M json file size] - Mina daemon fails to load
1,625,000 wallets [~361M json file size] - Mina daemon fails to load

All baked images have been uploaded to Dockerhub and can be located by searching Dockerhub for the minaprotocol/mina-daemon: image that contains skynet2 in the tag name. https://hub.docker.com/r/minaprotocol/mina-daemon/tags?page=1&name=skynet2
