[Feature Request] graphql: 'coda advanced get-public-keys -with-details' equivalent #3553

I'd like to be able to query for all wallets in the ledger via graphql

cli command equivalent: coda advanced get-public-keys -with-details -json

and/or with filter or limits, but you get the idea.

I use this pattern a lot when doing bulk txn testing.

@Schmavery Do you expect to make progress on this issue? Can the Mina Foundation take it from you?
