try to fix binary release: move freebsd config #91

It seems that the freebsd target needs special handling and also another config location. I think it is working with my fix, as you can see at the CI pipeline of my fork.

Fixes #59.

Hey, Your PR helped me getting started but...

I just submitted #116 which fixes an issue with cross and the build container you added was no longer necessary (and no longer available?).

Dunno know how to make a release out of those assets, though...
