Adjustment on circular knob (not slider) #59

  1. click on precisely where the dial is pointing -> dial should NOT jump but stay in position until the mouse is dragged
  2. if you click on one of the circles above the dial, it should jump to that circle
  3. possible to not allow dial to jump directly from one end to the other?
