USB 3.0 cannot be recognized normally.

My computer has both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. I have plugged the device into the USB 3.0 port. However, the software said the device was plugged in USB 2.0 port, and only a very low resolution is supported. Is there any problem with the software, or how can I solve the problem? Thanks!

Sorry, I cannot see the version of my dongle. The shopping website said it supports USB 3.0. I'm using Windows 11 now. Will that be a problem?

I have the same problem. Just bought in Amazon this week and it say to be USB3 but while it is connected to an USB3 it is working in USB2 mode
