A 3rd display on mac os high sierra #76

Hi - I am running the USB Display (USB-HDMI) on a 2011 MAc book pro with High Sierra. I have also hooked up an external monitor to the mini display port and I'd like the USB-HDMI to be a 2nd external display (ie. 3rd display after built-in display and the external monitor on the display port). Is this possible? And if so how do I set that up.

I'm trying to run USB Display also on a 2011 MacBook Pro with High Sierra but I can't do it to work. I've installed the version which comes with it and tried also with the last version downloaded here. But in both cases it don't detects any display device... does anyone had succesfully connected any screen trough this device?
