Integrates units into CarboKitten.

Introduce Unitful into codebase.
Port existing examples to work with units.
Have documentation on the use of Unitful (also for users) (docs/src/unitful.md)
Refactor configuration to be more modular.
Introduces the Box class more generically. (docs/src/boxes.md)
