BMC instructions insist on avoiding unnecessary whitespace. In current format, the upper panel of each figure has a lot of whitespace on the right, and the bottom one is followed by the SL curve and facies volume (btw the caption is wrong, it's not production rates, unless you want me to replace facies volume with production rates). So I am wondering if we should rather split the figures so that parts A (stratigraphic height) are shown in one figure for both platforms and the rest (Wheeler diagram, SL etc) for each platform on another figure. Thoughts?
For record keeping (as we discussed this in person): please split the figure :)
I updated the text and corrected the figures. The only caveat is they're currently >10 MB which is the limit at BMC. I already tried simplifying the graphics but it'd require much more work or raster files.
Rewrite section "Carbonate Platform B" in results section after adjustment of sea level curve.
