[x] Hook into upgrader_process_complete and check if our plugin has updated. If so, trigger \as_schedule_single_action( \time(), 'sh_calculate_max_scores' ); to schedule the max_score calculator again
[ ] Add WP CLI command to re-calculate max score to make future testing easier.
