LifeMaker: Communal Cocreation feature

The Application needs to be developed around the concept of self improvement and discovery/for individual and community.The Approach seems to be moreover forwarding towards first designing it for community use which will gather data gradually for the individuals prospective. We will get Gamification involved in the project by involving reward system to our members. Definition : #Ram

Ram is the open forum for the life maker community.

• People communicate in #Ram through smoke signal(smoke signal is a feature only of #ram).

Smoke Signals are of 4 types: ask, offer, organize and share. They will have tags for better discovery.

• Each signal would further have four types: dharma, artha, kaama, moksha
• In ask or offer signal the person getting thanks will get scores plus 1 on the skills, karma points and wood.
• In ask or offer signal the creator can preallocate the woods. Karma points would be sum total of the thanks. Woods are allocated during open or group task. Skill Points are given under a specific skill tag. (PREDEFINED)

#Groups People can also create groups and share responsibilities with a system of measuring accountability and contribution.

Points

1. Each thank consist of five karma points and one wood given by the thanker to thankee.
2. The Skill that was acquired/used during the task would be mentioned separately under yin section of the user and thus can be given points. Example : #Python 1 point
3. Outer world can give remarks/ratings about individuals. It would be open remark system that would act as a mirror to us.
4. Upon Registration the user would be given some Woods.

Reminders Personal tracking and improvement for individuals will be added later. For now the feedback for community will serve as individual's feedback system.

Hey Anuj, great review. I think you're perfectly right on all counts, from the internal scoring mechanism to the development strategy of focusing first on the community use and later on the self-improvement features.

About the screens, we need:

1. Tagline + Logo
2. @man - profile page layout

5. karma feedback diagram
6. wood-currency info page (optional)
7. Declaration of Intent - Ethos

I have sketched some concept posters but we definitely need a graphic designer to do this. Let's meet any day this week to discuss the next steps.
