First commit has the changes suggested in web3.js official repository
Second has the automatic changes applied by ng upgrade and upgraded web2modal-ts to v1.3 to fix an issue with the icons.

need to review the angular version in the test-app due to an issue with the ivy compiler

Closing this as I couldn't find a way to fix the compilation issue. Need to spend more time figuring out as of why the library only works without ivy. In angular 13 ivy can't be skipped
