Implements a basic logger to log errors and warnings to the user

• Logs when the client is initialized
• Logs the RaygunClientOptions in verbose mode
• Logs when the user attempts to commit some action when the client has not been initialized
• Logs when some error occurs in the catch statements
• Logs the real user monitoring payloads in verbose mode
• Logs the crash report payloads in verbose mode
