Exporting direction of the plates #9

We should export the direction of the plate, as a matrix indicating the direction of each point.

We could probably use that to determine the kind of borders we have between plates (divergent? Convergent?)

And it should be done: we have now a method returning a tuple (x,y) where x and y represent the component of the unity velocity vector
