Put the link to the manual in evidence #226

In the README. Perhaps it is there but I cannot find it easily.

Hey @ftomassetti Nice work here.

How about we put the link to the docs in the description of the project ? Also, we can make a documentation and usage section in the README to elaborate on the example.
