As a bookstore, my shipping and taxes should be calculated before I place my order #7

Bookstores are not given taxes until they receive invoice, and shipping is currently determined by printer.

We should require the printer to provide cost of shipping by state and weight so it can be calculated before book store places order.

Taxes should also be automatically calculated based on state where the bookstores reside.

@slabgorb based on our conversation last week - this sounds like backend, correct?

we have some lookup tables on the backend, this may be handled in the library we are using for ecommerce.
