Build Server - Fall Damage During Flight

Expected behavior

While /fly is enabled, fall damage should be entirely disabled while you were flying.

Observed/Actual behavior

Whenever you catch yourself mid-air using /fly, or the game lags while you fly down, you will randomly take fall damage.

Steps/models to reproduce

Other

/fly is automatically disabled every time you enter a new world or log into the build world, which can also kill the player if they spawn at great heights. A safety measure is to keep low to the ground, but crashes force inescapable death too.

/god is a command but ill add some worldguard flag aswell i suppose
