Is your feature request related to a problem?

Mainly due to wither roses not being in a villager trade, and not really possible to get.

Adding a recipe for turning charcoal into black dye

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Adding a villager trade for dyes, such as black dye and glow ink both being very rare to get.
