Controlling tempt behaviour (i.e. carrot on a stick)

Find or create a pathfinder goal that will allow players to control mobs similar to how carrot on a stick controls pigs.

What to make configurable:

• Item types that will trigger the mob to be tempted
• Its movement speed when tempted (if possible)
