Have suffocating mobs dont drop EXP or drops #64

Currently a bug (#61 ) that makes mobs spawn in/partially in walls and die meaning alot of drops etc lay around. Check if cause = suffocation and then dont drop shit until it is fixed

Fish still tend to spawn ontop of land if water is below, therefore suffocating them and still dropping exp. Unlike land/air mobs who suffocate in walls, these dont drop anything.
