Pneumatic Helmet enhancements & finish ups #64

General: -Allow upgrades to be enabled/disabled individually -Improve the way the 2D HUD handling works.

Block Tracker: -Merge the inventories of double chests to be seen as one inventory. -Add block filter.

Coordinate Tracker: -Make the navigator less sensitive about the navigation (it'll fail when the destination requires a 2 block heigh step). I thought about switching over to the Drone's pathfinding when the normal method fails (requiring the user to nerdpole probably).

Could the tracker be made to have a direct mode that ignores solid blocks? I found it quite nice when laying ducts to know where you want to go, but on distance it's a bit hard to see if you are one block off if you are going perpendicular. Also it would be nice if you could use a GPS thingy to set the destination for the tracker =)

I'm not exactly sure how this would work, but could you add some way to create "teams" for the security station/pneumatic helmet? I was going to attempt to create a CtP map using the hacking, but those ideas quickly ground to a halt when I realised there would be no way to set a security station to be owned by anyone else but yourself. Perhaps a function adding "teams" would work. They could be grouped by colours, then there could be a way to join teams or a command to set players to a team. Then security systems could be grouped under teams as well as the Pneumatic Helmets, meaning team members would not need to individually hack the stations.
