Crash on startup

I tested this with only the minimal requirements needed to run Forge, I took every mod out of my mods and tried it and I still get a crash on starup, here's the error

Try to delete the PneumaticCraft config (Make a backup of it just in case), and try to start up the pack again. Btw. another time, use pastebin.com for the crashlog!

WIll do, also this happened when I first installed the mod, I haven't gotten to actually try it out

Edit: After some testing have discovered that only this version http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/224125-pneumaticcraft/files/2255306 and the newer versions that came after it are the cause of my crash, so it's likely that it could be something that version added?
