Allow locking a target #707

This will keep the helmet target widget displaying the locked target without having to keep your reticule on it.

I don't see the use of it, sorry. For drones maybe, but the upcoming 'debug view' could include the same info.

That would be an acceptable solution to this yes. Pretty much what I wanted it for : P I basically wanted a way to see what the done was doing without having to actively look at it.
