i have more data on this bug, it happens only when i try to put more stuffs in it than available slots, ie : when i try to put more than 27 stacks ... (i use CTRL+SHIFT+left click for adding all the cobblestone from my inventory)
i try to replicate the bug without "InventoryTweaks-1.59-dev-152" (maybe it was the problem), i need to do SHIFT+ double left click and same bug :
