Configurable damage for Minigun #763

Be really nice if we could have configurable dmg for the ammo in the minigun. With TerraFirmaCraft, the HP scale is much different, leaving the minigun slightly underpowered.

I'll probably do that. Especially considering the current damage isn't balanced at all, and might be tweaked soon.
