When using the minigun with no potion effects added, the accuracy is absolutely perfect. However, when using the "Instant Damage II" the accuracy is immediately decreased. It almost as if the hitbox to damage the mobs becomes very tiny. It becomes difficult to hit most any mob with this accuracy reduction. I have to be standing at a certain distance for the effect to be applied.
I tested this with "Regeneration II" and it seems to apply the effect much easier.
