Railcraft tank valves provoke ping spike with logistic drones #838

Hello,

I found that a logistic drone searching for a logistic provicer frame place on a railcraft tank valve provoke some ping spikes. I solve the problem by setting an intermediary bc tank with the provider on it. I has been a bit hard to spot ;)
