This PR will:

[X] Separate page title and body content to make room for a navbar
[x] Add searchbar
[X] Better style content

So I want to make the DuckDuckGo searchbar smaller... any ideas?

"Page is not mobile friendly This page can be difficult to use on a mobile device."

Reasons:

[x] Viewport not set
[x] Text too small to read
[ ] Clickable elements too close together

The first one is simple, and the last can be fixed with a CSS @media rule.

(the text size one will just be ignored since I can't understand the difference between our font-size and theirs)
