Config example update #379

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I believe there are certain things missing from the current example config file. Like the entire gitconfig feature, or requestServers?

Describe the solution you'd like A little update & maybe some comments sprinkled in?

Describe alternatives you've considered Building something myself to generate skin signatures. But I really don't want to.

Decided to donate an account instead of running my own instance though! 😄

I've mentioned on the discord a couple of times that this project isn't really designed to be deployed yourself, since expanding the central pool of accounts is simply more beneficial to everyone using it. The public API has support for generating your skins privately so they don't show up in the search + you can create API keys to speed up requests.
Thank you for your account donation! :) Let me know if you have further concerns, but overall it's not exactly a high priority to make this project usable outside of it's current deployment.
