Vault Extension #18

For the start it would probably be good to ship a lite version of this plugin without included Vault providers which can be used as a Vault extension rather than a full replacement.

This allows using new Tresor services in plugins faster without the commitment to completely replace Vault's providers.

This will most likely not happen. At this time I feel like this is a waste of time and energy. Tresor will be a replacement for Vault right from the start.
