Item duplication after death [Dupe] #508

Description of The Bug

Mining on the moon i was attacked and in quick succession i died and got brought back by my totem of undying, my Ender chest plate and my ender helmet broke and i died, respawning at my best my inventory saved but filled with marbled cheese.

My chest plate had a jade pickaxe stored inside of it with the storage upgrade. I teleported back using my way stones because the filled inventory didn't give me the key, i collected my things from the gravestone and it gave me all of the upgrades for my armor that broke but also gave me three jade pickaxes, two more than i had prior.

I kept my inventory with twilight forests Charm of keeping 3

Expected Behaviour

Die to undying hounds, revive with totem, die again from them, revive at best, keep inventory because of the death, go back to collect pieces of broken armor and jade pickaxe from death and full inventory from the broken armor

good old mods funny :V there's literally only one way i think i can fix this, and that's just shutting off usability of charms of keeping, but if it works, then so be it. was this encountered on a server or singleplayer? Optifine can do some twisted crap to singleplayer, even when you think it shouldn't, if you could test it in the other environment, that would be much appreciated.

This was a singleplayer world, and all i can think is the charms of keeping or the storage part of the ender armor. Ill take my optifine out and test without it

It works without optifine installed, ive replicated it without the charms of keeping or the totem of undying, i think all i need is for the chestplate to break and right after to die and my inventory be full at the time of dying, i respawn without my stuff and still have 3x what i put into the armor inventory

Im using the undying beasts on the moon to do it as its what i used first, the armor was only enchanted with airtight seal, and only had empowered 1 and all the inventory upgrades
