We need a single-block capacitor/battery, that is usable for early-game energy storage. It should only hold a little bit of energy to make it obsolete in the late game (where the capacitor multistructure should be used)

Aggregatable is probably a good idea for redstone support, etc.
The issue where side configs cannot handle capabilities that are both input and output still persists, which makes this block rather useless, but this is not part of this issue, so I close it.
