Add best 1.18 Porting link so far? #459

Why not simply write a better porting guide? This specifically just details name changes and removals, not replacements for removals.

"simply" isn't so, when I'm barely getting started on 1.18 porting of my 1.12 TFC addon. I would love to have a better resource. I'm definitely not the person to write it right now.

After talking about this internally, someone on the Docs team will write a proper primer over the coming weeks. The guide was simply a quick stop to get information down and not for porting, so this will be closed on that basis.
