This PR removes all documentation from the MinecraftForge and prepares it for documenting ForgeGradle. Typing was added to the navigation bar such that MinecraftForge and ForgeGradle can be selected and each displays their own version.
To make it easier for future development, we should create a redirect for FG without a version to whatever is latest and MinecraftForge to the latest branch of the docs on readthedocs to reduce the maintenance burden, but it doesn't really matter.
